Since we offer digital services (such as SEO, Web Development, and Marketing), refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or resources have been allocated. Any strict refund terms will be outlined in your specific Service Agreement.
2. Cancellation
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice as per the terms in their contract. Any advance payments for work not yet started may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at our sole discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Payments made for third-party costs (such as ad spend, domain registration, hosting fees, or software licenses) are non-refundable.
